The owner gave me an estimate,ok fine and i asked him for an itemized list of what i should expect for the quoted price,he replied "no problem", i would like the estimate prior to work being done. All i asked for was one sprinkler head to be fixed and some clean up. Well he did more than that,he decided that i needed a new timer, 25 feet of new hose and six leaks. $400.00 dollar bill came in the mail,WHAT for WHAT i said, Those items were not brand new,but they worked. I asked him to return my property to its original setting and he of course he did more than that, he removed all the above items from my property and now i am left with nothing. I recieved my last estimate for repair and now it's time, Judge Judy look out, here i come..The legal way.
