Your workers arrived right on time, they were cheerful and got right to work while I ran errands. A short time later one of the ladies said they were finished would there be anything else they could do for me. I looked around and literally could not believe my eyes, in all the years we have owned our home and used three different services, never has our home ever been this sparkling, fresh, clean.. spotless! What a joy, I am walking around my house from room to room just enjoying the beautiful job your team did for my wife and I. Proprietor talks a good game at the initial visit, and makes all kinds of promises. She will tell you what ever you want to hear to get a job. Then reality sets in. I only gave it one star because that is the lowest rating available. Scheduled dates not kept. Scheduled times not kept. Promised staff reassigned. Poor quality of work. Extremely slow response from proprietor to phone calls and emails. If you want to over pay and still have a dirty house this is the company for you.
