I do not recommend any rent a U-Haul from them. I was told to pick up the truck I reserved from this place and will never do it again. They seemed very nice but this is how it ended up. I got the truck and took pictures of everything including the mileage and fuel which was good since the fuel was off they said it had more than it did; we loaded up and went to Cheyenne. We went to drop off the truck and were told that we were 18,000 miles over the 92miles they allow. He went over the contract and found out that we were issued the wrong truck and dolly. He was very nice and fixed it for us. We thought everything was fine and went about our way until I received a call from Iowa asking about the truck I just turned in. I was very confused and told her that I turn in the truck to Cheyenne yesterday. She said no I asking about the truck you turned in to Iowa today and the balance owed on it. To make a long story they gave a truck out right after me and the truck was contracted in my name with my credit card attached to so I was billed for their trip to Iowa when I called this place to find out what happened I was told that they had fixed it in their computer and the rest was U-Hauls problem. They didnt care that it put my bank account under or anything because it wasnt their problem!!!!
