Very disappointing. Years ago, the SPCA was the reliable facility that could direct us as to which steps to take regarding either an adoption or a found animal. Whether they could provide services completely or not, they’d still take time giving us direction. As of 7/10/2018, I will NEVER contact or STRUGGLE TO CONTACT again. They completely ignore messages. I highly recommend ANIMAL CARE AND CONTROL or even HOPE FOR ANIMALS, merely for steps to take regarding proper protocol. Don’t waste your time at SPCA. We, as less educated on steps to take must reach out. ANIMAL CARE AND CONTROL WERE VERY WARM/COMPASSIONATE FROM THE VERY FIRST CONTACT I MADE WITH THEM, after completely giving up on SPCA. I left SEVERAL detailed messages on SPCA website and all went unnoticed / ignored. Please don’t waste your time.

they have cute animals, but almost all of their felines have feline leukemia or some sort of virus.

they make the adoption process harder than it needs to be, only to let you down by rejecting your adoption form.

they're also nearly impossible to contact over the phone.
