      Great local restaurant. Good prices, unique food offerings, casual laid back atmosphere. Chile rellenos and fajitas are excellent. Fresh made chips and warm salsa. Artichoke con queso is addicting. No bar area, but good margaritas in lots of fruit flavors. It's one of our regular hangouts.

      Established in 1987. Tortilla Marissa's is a restaurtant concept that was created just for the people of Northern Colorado. Our intention is to serve you the finest in "North Of The Border" style Southwestern and Mexican foods at reasonable prices. We use only the freshest ingredients and prepare all meals as you order them. Our sauces and chips are prepared fresh daily. We use no lard or artificial ingredients, and we use only cholesterol-free pure vegetable oil for frying. We have many vegetarian options available. Our mission is to provide such a great dining experience for you that you'll want to come back often and tell all your friends how good we are. We hope you enjoy the time you spend here and come to see us again real soon.
