I try to get there before the huge lunch crowd. They have a great variety of food. I've tried their beefstik, chicken adobo, beef ribs sinigang, shanghai lumpia, and their lechon. All great tasting!

Cabalen offers a variety of food and you can order party trays. The daily specials and a la carte prices are reasonable to portions to the kind of meat. The staff and owners are nice and friendly. I have tasted most of their food and it's authentic without having to tweak it for a non-filipino tongue which most restaurants do. I hope Cabalen stay longer. Mabuhay!
