After getting some crappy service from New Motors, I went to Superior Toyota, where I was treated with the utmost of respect and courtesy. The salesman, James, really tried to understand my needs and steer me in the right direction. I found a Kia that I loved, and they were willing to work with me until we got to a price that was acceptable for me. I really appreciated that, because other dealerships in the Erie area wouldn't even consider dealing with me (not knowing that I had a check in my pocket and I was ready to buy). The Sales manager, Dan, was very courteous and helpful. A man was sitting in the lobby on his phone after closing time, and when my boyfriend went to get coffee, he jumped up and offered to make more. He said goodbye to us when we left and thanked us for our business. We then found out he was one of the owners! This guy is probably a millionaire but wasn't too good to treat us right. I recommend them to anyone!
