I took my kids to Splash Zone since we purchased a Groupon discount. I was nervous after reading the below reviews about going, but had already paid for the tickets. I'm so glad we went. Granted the place could use some updates, especially in the bathrooms, but overall we had a really nice time. Bring your own food and drinks if you plan on being there for a while, we ran out of drinks and had to buy a couple to hold us over, a medium drink was $2.50, and it was mainly ice, hardy anything to drink.

Horrible lifeguards. They are very careless. The whole time my children were going on the zinger they were flirting not even watching the kids. My child even fell up there and was crying they didn't pay any attention. There were two lifeguards up there. WOW. There are very disrespectful teens who ruin it for my family. They yell at me, don't listen, and just are very rude! They don't even let my kids use the passes i bought. I spent 10$ on there website for 2 admissions. They said no. You can only use it for all day, and there has t'wo be two people. That is NOT what the website said they said "a 2 day admission." They say they'll do something but they don't. Have fun.. ;)

Splash Zone= Not good. No life gaurd supervision for children. Mostly Life gaurds just flirting with other life gaurds and young adults. For instance, one of my children werent suppost to be going down the Zinger by themselves, yet she did, and no one stopped her. There were two young girls at the top of the slide that were helping people get onto there tubes and telling them when to go down the slide. The two life gaurds that were up there were sitting talking to each other. Not even paying attention to anything, much less ANYONE. The two young girls should have been getting paid! I would not recomend people going there if they have young children that they dont want getting hurt. THEY DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE KIDS.

Splash Zone is a very friendly water park. Their life guards constantly monitor the children in the water and on the rides. One of our children in our children's group hurt his shoulder on a ride and immediately a life guard came over to help a sponsor render aid to the individual. My only concern is the lack of supervision in the skate and bike park. Youth riding bikes and skateboarders constantly are in the picnic area and were caught going through items left on the tables from groups using the picnic area. Our cooler was constantly opened and water and soda were constantly taken out of the cooler by the youth in the skate park and by the youth riding around the area on their BMX bikes. A sign clearly states that skaters and bikers are not to be in the picnic area but the sign is not enforced and is readily ignored. It would be a shame for a group of unruly youth to ruin a family water park.
