In the past twenty years I have used Gem Jewelry several times. All good experiences. Always felt comfortable dealing with Gem whether it was a replacement battery or purchasing a pair of earrings. ~ Recently I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Gem Jewelry. He helped design the perfect ring for my fiancé to give me. My fiancé searched and searched but could not find the setting or style. Mike helped design and craft this beautiful ring. We also dealt with two of his employees in Enfield and West Hartford. Perfect customer service every time!!! I recommend Gem to many people and all have great experiences with them also!

Took a mother ring to them.. they claimed to have fixed it .. 5 days later ring was back there with same stone they were suppose to fix fell out... plus they said there were more prongs broken.. Blaming me that I must of bang it against something.. They claimed to have fix it again.. guess what took it again this time to another jeweler stone is falling out and prongs are loose.. I would never recommend this place
