I brought my dog to the Elmhurst Animal Care Center for an exam and the doctor I had was unprofessional, careless, and just fixated on how much money he can make. I won't be back ever.Peacewalker

I came in for my dog's check-up. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and the receptionist is very friendly. When we came in the clinic was very spacious with separate rooms just like a clinic for humans. very clean, with free starbucks coffee! it was very prompt, you don't have to wait for a long time. overall I was very pleased and will definitely come back again!

I have always been beyond pleased with the care and service that both myself and my dog receive at Elmhurst Animal Care Center. I was actually really surprised to read some of the bad reviews because I have always had such great experiences and so have my family members. I was referred here by my brother about 4 years ago because my old vet was closed and we were having a bit of an emergency with my dog (he cut his paw on something while playing in the backyard and was bleeding all over the place). Thankfully, my brother was over and suggested we take Rocco to his vet right away. When we got to the clinic I carried Rocco in and one of the girls at the front desk saw that we had an emergency and rushed us in the back where a doctor and nurse quickly ran to help us. After cleaning up his paw they realized that the cut wasn't all that bad. They wrapped it up for us and sent us home with some antibiotics and a plan to recheck in a couple days. I figured it would be best to take Rocco back to them for the recheck since they handled the original problem. When we came back in for the follow up the front desk greeted me right away and made a comment that they were happy to see Rocco walking in on his own instead of in my arms, I was pleasantly surprised that they remembered us after only one visit. The doctor again was wonderful, she talked to Rocco as she examined him and really seemed to calm him. After that I decided to make them my regular vet. The staff knows us pretty well by now, and really treat my dog like one of their own. They are always so friendly and welcoming, Rocco even loves going to the vet because he gets so much love and attention. I am so thankful to my brother for introducing us to this clinic, and thankful to the staff for always taking such great care of my Rocco.

I was referred to them by the place where I bought my new puppy. I was given a free exam within 14 days of purchasing my Yorkire Terrier. When going there, I felt comfortable. I liked the doctor and care my puppy received right from the start. I have continued taking her here and in fact, starting bringing all of my pets to this facility. Elmhurst Animal Care Center also boards, grooms and trains animals. We start our first puppy class today.
