Provided by YP.comThink about the least amount of pain medication that will not work, then cut that by 75%. This doctor is pompous. Used to own MAPS (Medical Advanced Pain Specialists, and was an absolute mean man. I had obvious CrPS, I responded to a stellate ganglion block with 20 degree warming of the affected limb, discoloration went away, pain left, worked for 5 days, then the other 2 worked less, as usual. I was treated like a druggie. I had bad hand pain one day, he walked into my room, gave me 2 weeks worth of meds, and discharged me from care, no reason was given. I found if I went to my appts with whatever doctor at his clinic, if no one was with me, I was treated so poorly, but with a witness it was like night and day. BEWARE. He, as I found out later, was known for firing patients who were no longer making money for the clinic, and pain med refills by a PAIN CLINIC apparently was not what he was in business for. Please save yourself the trouble, and avoid anywhere he works like the plague! I was treated poorly the entire 3 ears I was there, but I though it was normal, and I had not accepted yet that this disease was changing my life permanently, I was a perfect patient, but I was very sad, and he did not try to give me any hope. I think he could be an expert if he wanted, but he seemed to enjoy the power of saying "no" and watching his patients just crumple, as he told us nowhere else would treat our pain any better. He lied. The best thing he did was fire me, I found a much better doctor, who actually had a personality, and cared about patients. This guy has a god complex, IMHO.
