They tend to overcharge. Most vet does not charge extra exam fee after you paid for the $50 visit fee but they do. The vet does not give good advice. Not recommended.

I have had a very bad experience with this vet hospital. A beloved cat went in for a routine teeth cleaning. Later, he wasn't responsive and called Banfield in the middle of the night only to find no answering machine. Another emergency vet hospital had to be located and the cat passed away 3 blocks from the hospital. It took an extra 20 minutes to try and reach someone at Banfield and find another hospital. That time could have saved his life, but instead he is gone and very missed. I would not recommend this vet hospital to anyone who loves their pet and cherishes the life of their pet.
