Their license to transport people was revoked in 2014 and aren't allowed to operate legally in Detroit

Any time I have needed a corporate car, I have always called this company. The drivers are nice and always on time. I highly would recommend this company for airport travel or any other local travel.

During our night out in Downtown Detroit I took a Corporate Cab (#40) to my house in Birmingham, the cab was clean and the driver was courteous. This is contrary to other cab companies in the City of Detroit. I would recommend this cab company to any entity or to any one.

I work in one of the highest populated buildings in downtown Detroit. Cabs from this company literally line up outside to pick up fares. I live less than 10 minutes away by car. I usually walk to work for exercise but during the extremely hot days, I don't. I was told by one of the cab drivers for this company that because they stand in line outside hoping to get fares for up to 2 hours, that none of them wants to take a $7.00 fare. So to preserve their system, I needed to ask the security guards to call me a cab from now on and then they will decide if they want to pick me up or not. WTH! You'd rather sit outside for hours waiting and hoping for one person going far away so you can get $20+ than have several people picked up and dropped off in that same amount of time? That doesn't even make good business sense. If that is the policy of this company, they needs to improve their policy. If this is just the mindset of the cab drivers, they need to be replaced with people who prefer to work consistently, than waste time waiting and hoping.
