The worst shop I have ever been to. All these good reviews were either from their friends , people who work in the shop or paid reviews. You will overpay , you will be given an estimate that will go at least 500$ more when they do the actual work. You will be given wrong information on parts. You will be treated very poorly. The receptionist is a lady who does not know how to behave , very lazy and rude person . I left my car there for a body work. My car was not even washed ...I was told that the part purchased for my car was from 2008 , Invoice showed 2004 . When it came to get invoice for the work done , the receptionist refused to provide detailed invoice for the work done. I was called names by the receptionist I was told that that my car was junk . I was charged 2500$ for installation and painting on used door (purchased for 350$) and painting of the bumper (please note bumper had several scratches , no dents at all) . When I advised that I will post fair review , I was told that they could care less

Magic Auto was recommended to me,by a very close friend of mine, more than 11 years ago,and I have been using their services ever since.It is impressive how fast they diagnose the car problem,and the timely and high quality repair that follows.I appreciate their honesty and ability to repair cars in most inexpensive way possible. On one occasion,in my effort to avoid towing expenses,I used the services of a different car specialist.The experience came to my regret.I had to use taxi-cabs for two days because the problem could not be found.On the third day,my car was towed to Magic Auto,where the problem(electrical) was diagnosed almost immediately.My car was in my possession and running about 2.5 hours later. My current vehicle is also purchased from Magic Auto.More than 10 years since the purchase,with 235 000 miles on it,my car is still in very good condition,thanks to the superior services by Magic Auto. Going even for a oil change elsewhere,never crosses my mind.

Magic Auto delivers excellent service.My recent ordeal when my car car refused to start and I was stranded in Faridabad . Initially I called maruti helpline and the engineers reached in an hour and after trying numerous options gave up saying that the fuel pump had to be changed and the car had to be towed. I was worried as my mobile battery was running out , it was getting dark and lonely. I called Mr. Lovely who very kindly and promptly arranged for a tow van and my car was towed away to the Service Centre of magic auto. Next day after repair the car was delivered home. I would also like to make a special mention of Mr. Zahid Ansari who had come to deliver my car. I was surprised when Mr. Ansari refused to accept a handsome tip saying it is against company policy. I convinced him that I would remain discreet about it to which he responded 'that the company takes good care of me and I will not accept a tip we are there to serve you'.10/10 to Magic Auto.Heartfelt thanks Juliet

One word. Honesty. Dimo will not perform any unwanted repairs. By brother-in-law took his car to another workshop for brake noise and they quoted several hundred dollars saying they need to replace everything related to brakes and we would have believed because car was old and he did poor upkeep. We took it to Magic auto and Dimo correctly said it just need some lubrication and charged $70. noise went away and car worked perfectly for several years without any need to brake job!

I recently brought my 08' Acura TL in for repairs, and i couldn't be more satisfied with the results. The car looks like new! The customer service was excellent, and they gave me the best price out of three estimates. The facility is very clean and well kept.
