Clearly, no customer service skills or unskilled. Cannot visualize what a thin gold band might look like to give a quick very simple estimate. This tells me they are either inexperienced or just want people to come in so they can jack you.

These guys are the BEST. You can deal with them and there is NO MONKEY business. Straight shooters and HONEST. I have dealt with other shops in town. I have not since I met the guys at Pawn Store. Feel VERY CONFIDENT..
