I went to this bagelman the children they have working here are a joke . I have had to repeat my order not twice but three time before they got it half right. My Ham egg and cheese turned out on a everything bagel turned out to be a bacon and with no cheese and on an on a egg bagel MAYBE THEY NEED to hire people who pay attention to their customers

I was dining alone on 2/28 and ordered a rare filet. It came out at a medium temperature, the vegetables were very soggy and I was served instant mash potatoes. It was one of the toughest filets I have ever had. I asked to speak with a manager but the manager declined to speak with me. I had a balance on my gift certificate and decided to give them a second chance due to their reputation. I went back with a friend on 3/19 and the service was horrendous! I had to get my drinks at the bar because the waiter totally ignored us and had to search him out every time we wanted to order. This time I did speak with a manager but she was extremely combative, told me I was wrong 3 times and that I did not know what I was talking about. I dine out at least 4-5 times a week and I know when good service is given and when great food is served. I did not get either on my 2 visits and furthermore I was insulted by the manager!

Weren't sure about dining in a strip mall. Pleasantly surprised. Rich decor, great value - huge appetizers, plan to share - delicious food (includes salad / side). Serve classics with some pleasant surprises for palate too. Initmate atmosphere but welcomed our children. Good staff.
