I have been going to pawn pro before it was a gun shop,and it is the only place i go to get my fire arms. I find that dealing with Matt on the range side and Chris on the pawn side make you feel more comfortable. Even though a lot of people do not know about fire arms Matt is the best that i have seen to handle situations with customers to make the feel confidence in there choice. I hate to say it but if I walk in the pawn side and Chris is not there i leave and the same goes for the gun side if Matt is not there, I leave. I have learned so much about fire arm safety and specs from Matt. Thank you guys for your support!!

The class here is litt! Seriously, it was a great experience with Instructor Arvo. It was a crash course that went over in time btw which really made me feel like I got more than what I expected. I left out feeling completely different when I walked in. #ShotsFired!!

The staff was not professional. The wait was long and the staff member chose who he would like to wait on first instead of waiting on customers in the order they came. I was not satisfied with the customer service at all.

The staff @ Shots Fired are very friendly and knowledgable about the products that they sale. The training that they provide in regards to gun safety is Outstanding. It's great to go into an establishment where they are happy to have you as a customer.

Best experience hands down!!! Customer service was unbelievable but Mr. Arvo was remarkable. Oh and ladies night is every Wednesday so that was a plus too!
