I really appreciated the time and care that Arrow provided to my home and family. Our tech seemed very well trained, clean and professional. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He told me that he was treating in the cracks and voids to avoid exposure to my children, which I REALLY appreciated. I felt very comfortable with him in my home and around my family.

Absolutely NEVER never use this company.Change of ownership from Certified Termite and Pest Control to Arrow Exterminator has proven to be a total disaster. When I requested a retreat, for the interior of my house, they refused and would only treat the exterior of the house. After 4 phone calls, none of which were returned, I finally received a call from the field technician and was told that they could not do the interior due to their "training". They would do it in several weeks which of course at that time would cause an additional charge to me. Seems like this company is only interested in making money and not helping their customers. Needless to say this was not acceptable so I have fired this company. And I would strongly recommend against anyone using them!
