Phil is an uncompromising professional who is fair, objective, and trustworthy. I have been a realtor for over 20 years doing about 30+ transactions a year and Phil is one of the go-to people. Other inspectors miss too many things or feel being ridiculous on reporting things is needed. He also identifies items without the common ..oh my brother in law can fix these things at huge prices. Phil recently completed a 6000 square foot property I sold, the inspection was 4.5 hours and very detailed. Other inspectors, I see going in 90 mins or less and miss everything.
