I was very impressed with the service at Outdoor Sports Center! I came in with a problem on a 14 year old Coleman popup camper and they knew how to fix it and in minutes it was done and working great! It felt like stopping by an old friends house for help. Their selection of new and used parts was very extensive and I purchased a few items that I needed. Best RV dealer. I thought about purchasing an RV for 9 years before I finally bought a Sunnybrook. Lev and his staff were always patient and very informative. As I learned about RV construction, and shopped other dealers, I realized there was only one choice. What really made up my mind? I went to a RV Superstore one weekend. They tried very hard to sell me a trailer that was at the limit of my minivan's towing capacity- empty. They insisted that my minivan would have no problem. I went to Outdoor Sports Center. Lev told me he would sell me whatever I wanted, but I would ruin my minivan trying to tow the trailer the Superstore said was OK. I called my minivan dealer's service department- and they confirmed what Outdoor SportsCenter had told me. After I purchased my RV the service has been great-even after a few self-inflicted mistakes. My Sunnybrook has been flawless for 6 years.
What a great place to buy a camper. No other place will give you this kind of deal and provide this level of service after the sale. You can't beat the Sunnybrook line of campers for the money anyway. We bought a travel camper here a long while ago and then again about 6 years ago and we are going to go back again this spring or next for what will probably be our final camper and this time with a slide out and an air mattress built into the hide a bed couch in case I snore she'll have a super comfortable bed to go to.
