I'm assuming their closing time is posted and all tannings beds have a certain time they take the last tanner so that they are able to clean up and leave on time. Maybe next time you should try to remember that they actually have lives and families of their own just like you do.

I went there Thursday July 7, 2011 at 7:40 pm and was informed I couldn't tan because she got off at 8pm. Horrible customer service! At least post a sign saying you don't take tanners 20 minutes before closing!!!! I suggest new life tanning, they take tanners at 8pm. Amazing customer service. never will use tiki tan again...ever.

I think it's pretty ridiculous you pay $60 for a month and one of the beds you paid for in that package doesn't even work (stand-up bed). This is my 2nd week of my monthly membership and the stand up bed has not worked the entire time I have been going. Had I known that bed wasn't going to be working, I wouldn't have bought that packed. I go to Tiki Tan b/c it is right around the corner from my house. But I would much rather drive 15 minutes out of my way to go somewhere where the beds actually work. Once my month is up, I won't be back. Poor customer service and lack of urgency to get equipment fixed!

Tiki Tan could definitely stand to be cleaner. Floors, walls, rugs, and doors are dirty. But I never have to wait and it's close to home, so I go there.
