I have been a customer for 10 years. The owner Sam is like the sweet and sour soup. I day he is sweet another day he is sour. His new girlfriend Rebecca is rude hateful and services bad custom service. The spare ribs come brunt or half cooked. Sam hates for u to tell him about the food when it is not done right and he does not school his 21 yo girlfriend to shape up. Last week we went to eat and Rebecca ignored us than when she did come to our table she was standing like she wanted to fight lol no joke. The food is mediocre at best. Stay away. Sam the owner does not value us as customers. Now he has cojo at his side

Absolutely the WORST service in @Colorado Springs. Ordered on a Wednesday, waited over an hour and a half for our food to arrive (we live a mile away) even after calling to check the status on our 45 minute order. When the food arrived it was COLD. Called back, sat on hold for ANOTHER 5+ minutes, and was told to feel free to bring the uneaten food back for a refund. Are you KIDDING me?! Apparently not. #sohangry.

Took a table in the back; buzzing speakers were loud because sound system is broken; hot and sour soup had mystery meat from the day before that tasted old. Shezuan pork was in round strips that looked like sheep's entrails. Took five minutes to get mustard from owner with his ball cap. The delivery man in back made an appearance and looked like reifer. Took 12 minutes to get a check. I listened to owner hang up on two customers because they were too far away. Asked owner from what Chinese city he was, and he said a small country in the south. (He actually looked Vietnamese, but was not.) FYI, most Chinese men smoke and are dirty. Owner is no exception because food is overly salty. Owner needs a people skills class in anger management.

When my order was messed up, both the person taking my order and the manager were so rude. I didn't get what I ordered, and they have a numbered menu - which I thought made it easier. I ordered Kung Pao Combo; what I got was Kung Pao Bad Customer Service.
