Went there to get new tires and had money stolen out of my glove box don't intend on going back!!!!!

First I go for a quote for a wheel and 3 tires. I ask the sales rep to order a standard wheel, save the 3 tires I need and make an appointment to return to have everything installed the next week. I went back for my appointment only to find out the wheel was not ordered so another sales rep ordered it. I come back again later that day and I was told my tires are gone or sold to someone else, he didn't clarify. He then told me they ordered more and someone would call when my tires arrived approximately Tuesday or Wednesday the next week. Thursday rolls around, I still didn’t hear from them so I called. They told me the tires weren’t ordered like I was told. I have made 3 different trips and spent well over 7 hours dealing with just one simple order and that order still has not been fulfilled. I am very disappointed with the service I received from this Discount Tire.
