Itake my machines there when I don't have time to fix them myself. He's always done a good job for me. As for the guy answering the phones, that's pretty much all he does. Talk to him with some sophistication and you'll get an answer and some action on your request.

No answering machine, no message with hour of service. Have taken my lawn mower here for the past 10 years and each year I need to bring it back and each year he needs to do something else. Would not recommend at all.

the man who answered the phone had no product knowledge and told me to callback tomorrow. Why would I callback if he doesnt have a clue?
