General Info

I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, whether they are simply looking to improve a part of themselves or have hit a major "bump" in the road. I actively assist clients who are struggling with relationship-based problems, and I have received advanced training in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) for couples, ETT (Emotional Transformation Therapy), and NET (Neuro Emotional Technique). In addition to my licensure as a Marriage & Family Therapist, I am a Certified Sexual Assault Counselor, Certified Trauma Response Specialist, Board Certified Expert in Traumatic Stress (BCETS), and Board Certified in Bereavement Trauma (BCBT). I believe my clients already possess the answers they need, and I empower them to search for their internal strengths and use them to overcome their personal challenges. My greatest joy is watching a client reap the benefits of active participation in therapy! As an adjunct to traditional therapy, I occasionally facilitate therapeutic groups, parenting classes, and psycho-educational workshops.
