I was nervous to attend this spa after reading some of the reviews but when I went it was the most relaxing experience I've ever had not to mention the staff was very helpful and nice! I've been a customer every since! I know a lot of the reviews were from when they had the owner who caused a lot of issues but they now have new owners who I got to meet when I was there for a facial and they both are very nice and have been bringing in a lot of new things into the spa! I absolutely suggest this place to anyone, their services are amazing. not one bad visit yet!

My favorite place to get a massage. Always professional and I leave feeling so relaxed. Nothing is better after a long week then going here and getting a massage. IF your in the area this is the place to go!

I have been going to Skin Care At the Waverly for almost 20 years. I love the skin care estheticians because of their professionalism and attention they give to my well-being and skin care. The sea wraps and other body treatments are very relaxing and therapeutic. The estehticians take note of your skin type and are very knowledgeable about the appropriate products and needs of each individual. The pedicures are well done and the color choices are amazing! My feet need attention because I am a runner and I prefer not to have any color, therefore; the techicians provide the same professional care to my feet without nail polish--which is very much appreciated! The spa is a place that pampering, relaxation and "me time" are part of the spa's mission. Furthermore, today with our busy and hectic schedules a little pampering and "me time" are very important for our well-being!

I have been treating my self with The Waverly's "RED CARPET" facial monthly for about 2 years, and my skin has never looked so good. Being a senior citizen, doesn't mean that I should give up on my skin, and even though I may not look any younger, my skin has improved in its smoothness and texture. The girls/techs are very nice and love to pamper you.
