I received a spa sampler for Christmas. It was easy to make an appointment, but when I showed up the person who was supposed to be doing the facials called out and I was NEVER notified. When I arrived, they said because I was not given the chance to change my appointment, I would be given a complimentary upgrade to my massage. When I called to rebook my facial, they said I was given incorrect information. The facial was the MAIN thing I was looking forward to. I would have gladly left and come back another day for ALL appointments.



My nails were not done well. It was easy to see where both coats of paint did not cover each other. I've done a better job with my nails since then. I definitely will NOT be returning.

We went to this place on a special occassion and booked couples massage and pedicures. The ambiance is great and they are very polite and nice. However, the pedicures only had 1 person doing them @ a time. So, we ended up cancelling 1 of the pedicures...it would have take forever. And the pedicure chairs do not have attached foot tubs. They used a bowl and put water in it. And the water gets cold pretty fast:-( The massages were great and the snacks were ok. Loved the tea they offered.
