Have been taking our clothes here for at least 5 years and have never had any issues. My husband unknowingly left an unused flashdrive in a pants pocket that we dropped off the other day. The German lady was jind enough to call us and leave a message to let us know. I called today and the owner said he'd hold it for us until we picked up our dry cleaning. These days, I call that extra effort. So, they get our vote.
