This dental office will offer you nothing but a headache if you are getting a treatment using insurance.

I had such a horrible, awful, bad experience with office manager Winnie.

Our family has been going to this dentist for years now and we never had any issues until today. We've been paying cash for all of our dental treatments up until now but few weeks ago i had crown & build up tx done thru my work insurance.

First of all office manager Winnie had no clue how to calculate insurance formula therfore asked me to just pay up front the whole tx amount with deductible. According to her, once insurance is processed and when i receive the EOB (explain of benefit) from my insurance company, she will refund the money. I believed her and paid over $500.00. However when i went to the office with EOB to receive my refund of over payment, she told me to wait until their account is update with insurance paymt and they can't refund my money back.

This so-called, "office manager" has no knowledge of handling office management and bacause of he lack of understanding insurance payments, all of his patient of record is going thru this.

They treat you well to get a $$$ but once it goes to their pocket, they don't want to give it back too easily.
