This was the most awful experience I have ever had in a hair solon.
The haircut was so choppy and uneven the hairdresser that had to fix it was appalled.
The color was something i could not even identify!
Then Kim had double booked and was trying to do two hair colors at one time.
So being in a rush she ripped the diamond earring out of my ear and it went down the drain!
I am still trying to get her to replace my diamond.
Horrible, hair dresser and business owner.
