We have used Tom Walker for over 10 years now, they have always been great about showing up quickly and taking care of the aging plumbing (50+ year) of our house.

Have been waiting for this company to come back to fix my shower for over a week now, they came week ago, turned water off so I can't use it, they told me they will order a part, come back and repair it, have not heard from them since, I called few times, every time they promise to call back with the answer, but I never received a call back. Poor customer service, will not recommend this company.
