Appointment was made weeks ago and THEY are a no show. No call, no previous cancellation. Nothing. Very disappointed.

I am THE OWNER of this business, this reviewer has the wrong business. My husband and I have owned and operated this business for 4 years and this person did not do business with us! WE HAVE NEVER FILED BANKRUPTCY-EVER! We offer a three year labor warranty on ALL the work we do and we would NEVER treat our customers like that- ESPECIALLY IF THERE WAS A LABOR OR INSTALLATION ISSUE. OUR NAMES ARE RICH AND BRANDY PATRICK and we are furious that someone can taint our reputation like this on your website undeservedly. We work our tails OFF to make sure each and every customer is thrilled with their flooring, and hardwood is the bulk of our business.
