This guy is a shyster, stay away! All auction items are turned over to a 3rd party shipper guy (also a shyster!) who keeps them at an undisclosed location and refused to give me a physical address for pickup, because he has no physical address! When I would not agree to pay his outrageous shipping prices, he ended up meeting my uShip driver in the parking lot of a shopping center for pickup! This after keeping me waiting for weeks because my items were no longer a priority.
Also, carefully read the auction terms. They are full of $100 staffing and $25 processing fees in addition to the ridiculous 25% buyer's premium! The whole thing was just very sketchy. By far the worst auction experience I've ever had and I deal with a lot of auction houses. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

Estate liquidators if you do not know what to do with things left behind. I would recommend them to anyone.

Tims Auction House is awful. The sell items and then have a tie up with a scammer delivery guy who charges more than the item to ship them within the country. Neither does Tim respond to emails or any written communication. Shame shame... My recommendation, stay away.

Horrible a rip off totally took advantage of a single mom that was moving. Disrespectful, secretive worst experience would have been much better off with a tag sale. BEWARE!!

I too attended the fundraiser and saw and heard how mean this man was. He is a rip off. He would start an item off at $1,000.00 than start asking people where do you want to start the bidding. Someone would yell 250.00 and he would just ignore them after no one bid he would stall the auction repeat lay asking where the bidding should start again someone would yell $250.00 to again be ignored. Well don't ask next time Tim. This man should not be allowed to be an auctioneer he is rude, mean, abnoxious. He raised no money for those animals. He wanted some lady to pay $30,000 for a car than expected her to pay 15 percent commission fees and taxes. Her $25,000 offer was fair. STAY AWAY

I recently attended a fundraiser that "Tim" did for a local rescue group in my town. I was immeidately appauled at the way he was treating the audience, and customers as if they were low lifes. There were several comments made by Tim to us in the audience about how we were cheap, ungrateful, and overall sub-standard people. He kept comparing us to auctions up in Litchfield county, saying that we were unworthy of the high class items he was autctioning off. Unfotunately I, as well as several others were going to bid on items and instead elected not to becuase of the way he was talking to us. Several customers left almost immediately, and every insult that was thrown, at least one person got up and left. I got up and initally apologized to the volunteers for the way this man was treating their guests as well as the volunteers of this organization. I know it wasn't my place to apologize, but I felt as if this group had been taken through the ringer.



At one point Tim began hagling a sweet older women about bidding on a Camero they had for auction. He was demeaning, rude and insulting to this woman who would have bid higher if she wasn't treated so poorly. She ended up retracting her bid and walking away due to his severe lack of respect. i don't blame her, because I would have done the same. Afterwords I learned that this woman was actually a volunteer with the group who is there almost every day, maybe next time Tim should get to know the group he is working with before he degrades somebody.



It is a shame, because this group could have raised much more money if not for this awfully rude man.

From the beginning to the end, they were so accommodating, working closely with us to most effectively and profitably dispose of my homes contents. Your staff was well organized, extremely hard working, always polite, and careful with everything they handled.

Fantastic job with selling my coins and other things for me. You are all the best at what you do and I really appreciate all of your hard work.

I had some things auctioned by them a few months ago, and I was treated very courteously at the time and paid promptly.

I cannot say enough about Tim’s Inc. Auctions. They are run just as smooth and the prices are not over the top!! The quality of items is really nice, better than I have seen at other auctions!! I am going to attend another auction by Tim!!

Tim is the best!!! He knows his values, current values! He does exactly what he says, gets the best prices, cleaned my parents’ home down to the final sweep. We got more than he estimated for their estate.

They get 5 stars for doing a great job in appraising a very difficult to estate. They also went above and beyond in terms of service. He is extremely knowledgeable and ver professional. We are happy to recommend them 100%
