About Us: Meet Dr. Robert M. Hacker and Dr. Ryan Finnegan. They are part of a 35-year Branford Dental Care tradition of dental comfort and care. Dr. Hacker is a 1990 graduate of Tufts University School of Dentistry and Dr. Finnegan graduated from the University Of Connecticut School Of Dental Medicine in 1999. To further his expertise, he continued his dental residency at SUNY Stony Brook. Before joining Branford Dental Care, Dr. Finnegan spent the past two years in a private practice. The doctors of Branford Dental Care have dedicated their professional careers to providing you and your family with the best that dentistry has to offer. They are continually educating themselves and their staff on the newest dental techniques and advances in order to offer you state-of-the-art, comfortable, personalized and antiseptic dental care. Modern ceramic materials combined with the in-depth experience of our clinical team can assure you of an effective & long-lasting result. For example, crowns can be used to replace the top part of a tooth when it has become irreparably damaged but the root is still healthy. On occasions, cavities can become too large for an ordinary filling, so we will suggest an alternative – a ceramic on lay or inlay. These are skillfully made in the laboratory to fit the shape of the cavity & the color of the surrounding teeth. COSMETICS Having a great smile can make a huge difference in the way you look & feel.
