I went to ProEx twice a week for three months in the fall of 2013. Stephanie Novello was my main physical therapist, but all of the pts and assitants were incredibly helpful and positive all the times I was there. They were very flexible and accommodating with my busy schedule and I personally was with Stephanie for a large chunk of time during each session. She was beyond helpful in her suggestions and actually listened when I described what I thought was happening - not all pts do this! I went to ProEx for an IT band injury (training for a marathon) and started going while having a large amount of pain. I already could tell a difference from past pts (I've had IT problems before...) when the pain was going away within a couple weeks of starting at ProEx. We tried lots of different solutions but finally figured out what was really going on in my knees. I am VERY happy to say that two weeks after I finished at ProEx, I successfully finished the Philadelphia Marathon with NO pain at all. I'm still shocked and incredibly thankful! Thank you, ProEx!
