Warning: Don't call this company; don't waste your time!



We bought two mani/pedi packages from Looks Unlimited in April 2011; we called the salon every other week for FIVE months to try to schedule those appointments. Finally, in Sept, we got a return call, and we scheduled the appointments. The first appointment went okay; the nail tech explained that she hadn’t had time for the past five months to return our numerous phone calls. For the second appointment, when we arrived, the nail tech wasn’t there; she never showed up. Her co-workers said that this happened regularly, and the nail tech had told them that we had given her the wrong phone number so she couldn’t reach us to reschedule (we didn’t - she’d already called to schedule the initial appointments), the owner of the salon was called by the coworkers and the owner said she would resolve it. Four hours later, during which the nail tech still hadn’t come in, and the owner hadn't called us with any updates, the nail tech finally called us back and flippantly said we could reschedule whenever we came back into town to visit (we were moving out of state that week.) Five months of calling without a return call or any response, a uncaring nail tech and an indifferent business owner – not worth your time! Look elsewhere for quality nail services!
