Provided by YPmobileHave been going to this place because it was convenient location. Nothing special just regular dentist. One day I miss an appointment and 6 years of going their I was told I am no longer welcomed. Really??? Unreal that they don't value good costumer. I can't believe it sill. Very upsetting and costumer service they so chose is not good. At the end they said one more chance after arguing over 45 min. Really, no thank you. Your loss.

Provided by YP.comDr. Hsu was recommended by a friend and I am so pleased that we went to see him after I learned that my 2 year old daughter needs to see a pediatric dentist. Dr. Hsu was very pleasant, thorough and informative. His staff also treated us very well.
I am very surprised by the negative reviews as we had a very positive experience with our visit. The first dental visit of my daughter went very well as Dr. Hsu and his staff provided excellent care. We highly recommend Dr. Hsu.

Provided by YP.comDr. Hsu has a policy of no parents in the treatment room. He and his assistants pulled my son's tooth before he was numb. My son tried to gesture his pain, and they told him that it will hurt more if he moves. My son ended up hurting quietly until he got in the car, then crying in pain until an hour later, when the anesthesia kicked in and my son was able to verbalized that he was finally numb. When I called the office, the assistant argued with me that he was fine and the Dr. told me that there was no pain with taking out that tooth. This conversation happened while my son was sobbing. They completely disregarded my son's pain during the treatment process and afterward. If I could give a 0, I would.
