They make you sign up for a 3 year contract then auto renew another year without asking you if you want to renew. No Email, no phone call or a letter. They stated that in the contract so they can auto renew it and put more money in their pocket. They don't care if you live in the house or not. I tried to get out of that extra year of contract after I sold my home. I got screwed with a whole entire year. Way to scam your customer. If you are reading this, I would suggest you go find someone else.

This company provides services that most alarm companies don't - alarm systems, monitoring, and officer response all done by their own employees. Keep business local!

Have been disappointed with service for 2.5 years of our 3 year contract. Do not return calls with technical questions. System function has been fine, but staff inattention and errors (losing our authorization for house sitter to work the system while we were away and she had a problem) leave us no confidence in them.

Great company with excellent customer service. My alarm system works great!
