No Dogs Allowed L.L.C is what it says, a "no dogs allowed" cat grooming salon based in the Southeastern area of Connecticut. We cater to cats only. Our salon is specially design for the feline in mind. There are no barking or smell of dogs, no loud noises, no busy shops, no harsh equipment like powerful metro or non-heated dryers, heavy duty clippers that could burn the skin, etc. We offer soft lighting, gentle music for them to hear and small creatures that help keep calm their minds. We work with you and your cat (s) as much as possible with no tranquilizers, gentle careful handing, understanding you cat's higher intelligence and knowledge of the cat anatomy. We cater to all types of cats, from seniors (+12 years) to kittens, from short hairs to longhairs, mixed breeds to purebreds and give those extra touches to those owners who want their cats to have the show ring look or a special look of their choice. Dori is fantastic. I trust her with my geriatric cat that has seizures. My cat always comes home relaxed, happy and expertly groomed. Dori's ability to cater to each individual cat's needs makes her stand out in her field. She pays attention to each cat's temperament and assures their experience is as positive as possible.
This business is excellent! They do beautiful work on my Himalayan/Persian cat. I hope they stay in business for a good long time.
Dorie is amazing! I have taken my persians many places for grooming and NO ONE does it like 'No Dogs Allowed'. She did an excellent job (you can instantly see how experienced she is) and my cats have never been so relaxed after a grooming appointment. Her prices are most reasonable, superb quality, and totally relaxed atmosphere for both cats and owners. If you own cats, this is the place to take them for grooming.
I brought two of my Himalayans cats for the past three years to No Dogs Allowed. And she did an excellent job on them,
My son and I tried to wash them and my son was scratched up by my kitty, and after that we keep bringing them to her for the past three years with not troubles, Thanks No Dogs Allowed
