Biondi Jewelers was recommended to me for creating one-of-a-kind jewelry. My design for a pinky finger ring was enhanced greatly by their creative jeweler using an existing stone. I can say the same for an incredible graceful and eye-catching bracelet created and designed by the same jeweler using two existing stones. The owner, Dennis, is totally dedicated to meeting the needs of his customers.

After doing business with Biondi for several years, I am disappointed to say the least with their company. After getting the run around for over a month trying to sell gold, I went in to pick up the check only to find out the value had changed and the owner never communicated the new value for the additional pieces I brought in. Once again, he was not available. I went back to the store 3 times to resolve the matter, & was always given some reason for not being able to pick up the check. Later that evening he called, the value had been changed again by a substantial difference. He stated he would look at the pieces & call me the following day. I received a call the next day from an employee who than told me the value once again was entirely different. After voicing my concern the owner called to explain that the 2 offer to purchase my gold was a mistake on his part & he would not honor the initial bid he had given me. I question their intergrity & will not do business there again.

I have been a happy with Biondi for many years. Owner Denis and others very nice. I recently went in for a quote for two repairs and was shocked to find out the repair quote was more than the piece. I was quoted $138.00 to put a stone back into my ring. I went elsewhere expecting to maybe pay $50.00 and it only was $10.00. That was three months ago and I wear my ring daily and have not had any problems. . They do have nice stuff but sorry to say I will not go back.

Love Biondi's! They have a great staff and great jewelry... They are knowledable and experienced...and not pushy. Quality jewelry at affordable prices. Lots of contemporary jewelry too....

I have to take my ring to a different jeweler to fix the mess they made of my wedding ring. The owner, Dennis, tried to blame me for their poor attention to detail and he never once apologized or even acknowledged that they did not do what they said they would do. This is a second rate strip mall jeweler. Take your treasures to a jeweler that values their customers and has actual skill.
