PV Heating and Air is for my husband and me, synonymous with “peace of mind.” We have had nothing short of fantastic experiences with their service each time. They have serviced our units going above and beyond in getting the job done, executed without issues. They are quick to return calls. The last time we called with a question, we received a return call within minutes! Every single employee and technician we’ve come into contact with has been knowledgeable. They all have excellent customer service skills, always courteous, friendly, polite and most importantly, helpful.

Unlike other technicians and contractors we’ve worked with from other companies, these technicians always arrive promptly, show respect for our home, and clean up messes after work is completed. They even go as far as both removing obstacles from the way and returning them to their proper place before finishing up without being asked.

We cannot say enough great things about this wonderful company and would recommend PV Heating and Air to anyone who asks without ever thinking twice!

I was able to contact PV the night my air quit working and by 9:30 the following morning he had a tech on his way to my home to fix the situation. I was impressed by how efficiently this company worked to get a tech to my house. PV made it a priority to take care of my needs.

Joseph Peavey's customer service skills are crucial. He handled the situation with extreme professionalism and made me feel as if I was family. All prices were discussed up front prior to doing any work. Everything was as Joseph said it would be from him diagnosing the problem via telephone to actually working on my unit. I was informed of the problem and the price to rectify the issue prior to moving forward.

Trae, the tech, I feel went above and beyond the call of duty. He even took as far as to shut our windows {which we had open because it was so hot} prior to leaving after completing the job. He handled the situation in the heat with professionalism and dignity and represented the company well. Trae had even came back after departure to bring the old part back to us because we requested to keep it.

13/10 would recommend this company for any and all Heating and Air needs.

OUCH!!

PV replaced my A/C unit last year and did a great job. Their techs are always friendly and knowledgeable, and their prices are fair.
