Avni has over 15 years of mortgage business experience as well as seven years of real estate sales experience. She also has an extensive knowledge of conventional, FHA and VA loan programs. Avni is personable and has an ability to make her clients feel relaxed and comfortable by explaining and educating them throughout the mortgage process using layman’s terms. She prides herself in having a strong referral base from previous clients and real estate agents by continually providing excellent customer service. She is driven by seeing her clients happy and knowing that she contributed to their happiness. Avni is bi-lingual and speaks fluent Hindi and Gujarati.
