This company has ripped my business off for the last time and hopefully never does this to anyone else.
They sold and installed 2 Mansfield high pressure toilets as this was a commercial building and they recommended these so they would not have as many clogs. These toilets have had to be serviced 3 times in the past year due to cracked pressure tanks and leaks caused by shoddy installation work. Each service call ended up costing $400.00 +.
After reviewing service invoices at our corporate office immediatly following the last service call to replace the tank which has a 10 year manufactures warranty, his invoice stated $412 for labor with no hours or cost per hour listed and listed the parts used w/ no quantity or price. This was a warranty repair which should only include the trip charge ($95.00) one time. After calling the shop owner, he said it was for 2 trip charges since he had to come back after picking up a new tank and the cost of the tank (under warranty). 2 trip charges and the cost of the tank @ $175.00 comes to $365.00 was our reply and the tank is under warranty and we are only paying for one trip charge. We stopped payment and he agreed over the phone to send a new invoice of $95.00 after I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau. Today he sent the new invoice with the amount of $267.00 with increased charges for parts not included on the original invoice.
We are refusing to pay and we are contacting the BBB and Chamber of Commerce to report his shady practices.

If anyone needs plumbing work, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! IT WILL COST YOU MORE THAN YOU THINK!

I would like to say thank you to Accurate Plumbing Doctor, Inc for the professional service! The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew what my problem was and had an immediate solution. He left the area pretty clean and the faucet and garbage disposal works great. I am glad I let a professional do it.
