We brought our dogs here a few times for boarding & grooming. The first time we had 4, we asked for certain pairs to be kept together, we had a particular 2 that weren't friendly. Came back to pick up, those particular 2 where caged together.
Then this time, our final time after this: the grooming fee somehow went up by 1/3 each dog (2 of 3 where groomed) from last visit without notice and they broke a $40 collar. It was in tact when dropped off the dogs 2 days ago. The Male worker that brought us the dog with the broken collar & stated he couldn't figure out what was wrong with it (collar).
When I pointed out it was broken. He said "how could we do that, it wasnt used while we were here" and walked away to get next dog. Once he returned, when I asked him if he planned to replace it? He flat out said no. Wasnt his fault. When I was visibly upset & told him I expect to be replaced. He told I was being unreasonable and walked away. I want to warn everyone of the poor customer service and poor communication this place has. Never going back and want to warn others.
