Poor Management

RIP OFF! DO NOT go to The Summit Truck group. I took my truck on 2/14 and they told me I would have an estimate the following day. 6 days later they gave me an estimate of $6800, which I declined. They said that I could get my truck when I paid $500 for “the computer analysis” insisting that I pay with cash or cashier’s check. I told them that I was not informed of any diagnostic charges. They said it was on my signed agreement which I never received. I asked for a copy and they sent me an agreement with a forged signature. I reported this to the Service Manager, the Branch Manager and the Corporate office who all blew me off so I filed a police report with the city of Albuquerque for forgery and fraud. This is appears to be standard practice for this company. Summit charged me $500 and kept my truck out of commission for 6 days for nothing. Trust me, find another repair shop!
