I called Bill's Sewer Service and Brad was here within the hour. He told us what he was going to do, and did a fantastic job. Brad told us what was wrong and how he was going to fix our problem. He is very knowledgeable The drain is flowing fine now and our clogged sewer is in the past (hopefully). This was, by far, the best sewer service ever. Don't bother with others, call Bill's!!

I think they play a game, but I don't understand why. They tell you sure - they can fit you in at 2:00 pm. And they will call you before they come. So you get off work and go home and sit and wait - because you don't have a phone w/call-waiting. And you don't have a cell phone so you can't leave or anything. You are a captive.Around 2:30 you call the office, no they are coming - just busy right now. 3:00, 3:30, 4:00 - by 4:50 they won't answer your calls anymore but they have assured you that they work until all the calls are done. Just so you can sit all nightwaiting for them to come.They could have just said, when i called to make the appt.- I am sorry we are busy - we can't get to you today - so that I could have looked elsewhere and gotten my plumbing repaired. Instead of using my vacation time endlessly waiting for someone who never comes.I can't complain about their work, nor their prices, but I feel like such a fool for ever calling them. 5:43 pm
